The McDonald's LPGA Golf Tournament was held at Bulle Rock Golf Course in Havre de Grace, Maryland the first week of June, 2007. It was a wonderful and exciting event. The tournament moved here from 18 yrs in Wilmington, Del. This was the 3rd year of a 5 yr contract. It may be in jeopardy of staying here due to the lower amount of money raised for the Ronald McDonald House charity. The bulk of the money raised for the players winnings and the charity come from corporate donations. Last year they received money from the State of Maryland. New governor....no money from the State. This tournament brings a lot of dollars to our economy and we really need to keep it here. Spread the word!
